Senior Product Designer with 7 years across SaaS and fintech — specialising in complex systems, high-friction workflows, and products where design decisions move real metrics.
I lead end-to-end: discovery, prototyping, production UI, edge cases, specs and QA, working closely with PM and Engineering to ship fast without sacrificing quality.
Particularly focused on AI-assisted experiences — making intelligent features feel trustworthy, transparent and controllable. I care about human-in-the-loop patterns, clear feedback mechanisms and safe defaults that build user confidence over time.
Beyond craft, I help teams scale: mentoring designers, building design systems, sharpening critique culture and keeping async communication crisp. I'm also comfortable managing stakeholder complexity — aligning competing priorities and keeping momentum without losing vision.
