Hi, I'm Ira!

As a product designer with over 7 years of experience, I build thoughtful, scalable, and user-centred digital products across fintech, Web3, SaaS, and entertainment.

I specialise in bridging user needs with business goals to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences. My work spans from strategy and UX architecture to polished UI and design systems. I've led projects end-to-end, brought up 0→1 projects, collaborated with global teams, and shipped meaningful features that users love.

My work experience

I’m a product designer with a strong background in SaaS, fintech, B2B tools, and TV platforms. I’ve led end-to-end projects across startups and large-scale product from research to polished delivery.

At ROXi, I designed onboarding and subscription flows for TV and web, helping shift the product into a FAST channel format while balancing marketing and UX needs. At Unit-e, I built a modular transfer system with tag-based payments and fee previews, reducing drop-offs and increasing retention. At Fibr, I redesigned the broker interface for loan matching, introducing filtering and comparison tools that sped up workflows by 30%. I streamlined complex role systems at OLM Systems, designed accessible reporting for social care professionals, I led major dashboard and onboarding redesigns at Topvisor, a data-heavy SEO analytics platform. I began my journey at EPAM, creating UI libraries for global enterprise teams.

I combine strategic thinking with hands-on design work, use research and testing to drive decisions, and love turning complexity into clarity.

Beyond work

Outside of work, I'm an explorer of cities, ideas, and vertical walls. I have two cats (a gray Maine Coon named Murphy and a mischievous ginger named Zen), and I find joy in travel, climbing, tennis, and quiet gym mornings.

I care deeply about community, both the design community I grow with and the local one I live in. I'm always curious, always learning, and always down for a spontaneous adventure (with good snacks, of course).
